STEP 1: PREP SHRIMP- Peel & devein 1/2 Ib of shrimp & set asideSTEP 2: BATTER MIXTo a bowl combine:- 1 cup of tempura flour- 1/2 cup of water- 2 tsp of garlic powder- 1 tsp chili powder- Dash of salt-- Drizzle of Chin-Su Hot Sauce- Mix well & incorporate shrimp into the blend with (2) ice cubesSTEP 3: DEEP FRY- Bring oil to a pot/pan & set at 400 degrees- Fry shrimp until crisp and goldenSTEP 4: SPICY TRUFFLE MAYOBlend & incorporate the following into a bowl:- 3 tbsp of mayonnaise- 1 tsp of chili powder- 1 tsp of garlic powder- Dash of black pepper- 1 tbsp of Chin-Su Truffle Hot Sauce- Incorporate sauce to the fried shrimp
